Having practiced for several years in a renowned law firm as well as within a leading technology company in the healthcare sector, she has developed a recognized expertise in the digital, artificial intelligence and healthcare sectors.
Her main areas of expertise include:
- consulting and support for companies and public bodies in their development strategy and deployment of complex IT projects;
- drafting and negotiating contracts (development, licensing, support and maintenance, hosting, partnerships, services, confidentiality, etc.);
- personal data protection compliance in Europe (GDPR) and Canada (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, Bill 25, Health and Social Services Information Act / Bill 5, Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, etc.);
