Member of the Bordeaux and Quebec Bars, Chloé Goutal practices in digital and information technology law, contract law and personal data protection law.

Having practiced for several years in a renowned law firm as well as within a leading technology company in the healthcare sector, she has developed a recognized expertise in the digital, artificial intelligence and healthcare sectors.

Her main areas of expertise include:

• consulting and support for companies and public bodies in their development strategy and deployment of complex IT projects;
• drafting and negotiating contracts (development, licensing, support and maintenance, hosting, partnerships, services, confidentiality, etc.);
• personal data protection compliance in Europe (GDPR) and Canada (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, Bill 25, Health and Social Services Information Act / Bill 5, Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, etc.);
• compliance with regulations on artificial intelligence;
• legal issues relating to personal data protection and cybersecurity.

She also teaches contract law at the University of Bordeaux.
