How long is your data stored?

We keep your personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose(s) for which it is collected and processed. 

In particular, for personal data relating to customers and prospects, we keep the data for a maximum of three (3) years after the last contact.

Nevertheless, we may be required to keep certain personal data for a longer period of time in order to comply with legal obligations such as archiving data and establishing proof of a right or contract

What are your rights and how can you exercise them?

In accordance with the regulations applicable to personal data, you have a number of rights in respect of your data, which are set out in greater detail below:

  • Deletion. You may ask us to delete your data in certain situations, in particular when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or when you have revoked your consent.
  • Restriction. You can ask us to restrict the processing of your data (i.e. to store it without using it), in particular if you dispute the accuracy of the data or object to it being processed.
  • Portability. You can ask us to provide you with your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you can request that it be transmitted directly to another data controller, where the processing is based on your consent or on the performance of a contract concluded with you and the processing is automated. 
  • Opposition to the processing of personal data. You may object to the processing of your data for prospection purposes and to any processing of your data based on legitimate interest.
